Soil rich in limestone and sandstone.

Excellent with shellfish and fish in general, it also pairs well with medium-aged cheeses.

Manually harvested and harvested at the end of September. This was followed by a short maceration in the press through malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in wooden barrels with frequent batonnage.
