Wine Club

When nature is free to express itself, it can change the world, awaken the senses and bring about change. It paves the way for us to take our first steps and inspires us to create unique works of art.

By caring for the earth and its fruits, we are granted access to a renewed dimension of scents and flavours, in the most authentic and unique way possible.
Investing in sustainability means promoting the resilience of ecosystems, conserving natural resources, improving the health of communities and promoting a culture of well-being, knowing that our actions today will have a lasting impact on the future of the planet and of people.

The idea of sustainability is to promote life, first and foremost in the soil where the vine has its roots and where everything begins. Our commitment is to multiply the richness of the microfauna and flora that will break down organic and mineral elements to make them perfectly “digestible” by the plant.

It is to grow a balanced and healthy vineyard, with grapes that bear the imprint of the soil, commonly called terroir. A terroir somehow sublimated and translated into wine.

Environmental sustainability

The Company follows an internal protocol that safeguards environmental, economic and social sustainability. We are SQNPI (Integrated Farming) and Biodiversity Friend certified.

For years we have been creating green and wooded areas to protect the local fauna and flora, planting truffle-friendly species on part of the area. In our company nursery, we grow the rooted vine cuttings in pots for two years before planting them in the vineyards, reducing waste and ensuring the health of the plants.

To guarantee the sustainability of our vineyards, we manage soil nutrients using mature humus produced in-house from organic compost and local manure, improving soil quality and the surrounding ecosystem.

Sustainable energy and integrated architecture

The cellar conforms with the classic architectural rules of the Langa farmsteads to blend into the landscape, and is built on several levels to have as little impact on the ground as possible.

The building was constructed in such a way as to benefit from the best possible heat insulation and in such a way as to follow the logical process of the wine’s life, thus optimising processes and energy. Our photovoltaic system generates 65% of our total energy needs.
