Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, maceration for approximately 12-14 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine is aged in oak barrels and after 24 months it is then decanted into concrete tanks for further natural stabilization. Bottle refinement for 6 months before marketing.
